Mimosa

ecocube contains coconut fiber granulate, clay granulate, compostable planting cup and a plant seed packet.

• Remove the paper sleeve from the ecocube and pull back sticker.
• Open the plant seed bag and place the seeds in a glass of lukewarm water overnight to soak.
• Scatter the pre-soaked seeds on the ground and cover the planted seeds with some coconut fibre soil so that they are completely covered.
• Carefully pour about 30 ml of water on the planted seeds.
• Keep the ecocube in a bright, warm place and water moderately until plants are germinating (approx. 20 ml about every 3 days). Make sure that the granulate doesn't dry up – avoid waterlogging! Cover the planted seeds with a glass.
• Remove glass daily for 1 hour to give plant air and continue to water moderately. The mimosa will begin to germinate after about 12-18 days.
• Flowering starts about 3-4 months after cultivation at the earliest.
• As soon as the plant outgrows the ecocube (after about 6-8 months), repot your plant by simply placing the entire ecocube in a flower pot with some soil. The ecocube will slowly decompose and turn into a valuable fertilizer for the plant. Alternatively, it is also possible to just transplant your plant with its compostable planting cup. You can also use your empty cube as a pen holder!
