Cultivation & care:

Care instructions

ecocan contains coconut fiber granulate, clay granulate and plant seeds.

  • Carefully pour about 60 ml water in the pot. After about 5 minutes, peel off the sticker on the bottom of the can to drain any excess water.
  • Place the ecocan in a bright and warm place and water moderately until plants are germinating (approx. 40 ml about every 3 days). Make sure that the granulate doesn't dry up – avoid waterlogging!
  • The cress will begin to grow after about 6-12 days. Continue to water moderately. Begin cutting plants when they reach 10 cm tall. Plants cut back to about 1 cm will quickly regrow.
  • After 8 months, remove the sleeve from the can and repot your plant by simply placing the entire ecocan into a flower pot with soil or outdoors. The can will slowly decompose and turn into a valuable fertilizer for the plant.
