Care instructions

ecocan contains coconut fiber granulate, clay granulate and plant seeds.

  • Open the container by breaking the two glue tape strips on the side of the lid. Use the lid as a coaster.
  • Carefully pour about 60ml water in the pot. After 5 minutes, peel off the sticker on the bottom of the can to drain any excess water. Place the ecocan into the fridge for 3 weeks and water moderately.
  • After 3 weeks, place the ecocan in a bright and warm place and water moderately until plants are germinating (approx. 40ml about every 3 days). Make sure that the granulate doesn‘t dry up – avoid waterlogging!
  • The wild rose will begin to grow after about another 10-14 days. Continue to water moderately.
  • The flowers will bloom after another 12 weeks.
  • After about 10 months, remove the sleeve from the can and repot your plant by simply placing the entire ecocan into a flower pot with soil or outdoors. The can will slowly decompose and turn into a valuable fertilizer for the plant.
