ecobox contains coconut fibre tablet, wooden plant stick for writing on, compostable planting cup and a plant seed bag.

• Remove the sleeve, slide the lid off the box and take out the contents. Paint the wooden box with the included coloured pencils.
• Open the plant seed bag and place the seeds in a glass of lukewarm water overnight to soak. Then place the compostable growing pot in the box, fill it with the coconut fibre tablet and slowly pour water up to about 2 cm below the edge of the cup.
• About 5 minutes later, the coconut fibre tablet has transformed into coconut fibre soil as if by magic.
• Place the ecobox in a bright, warm (22 to 25°C) place and only water moderately (about 40 ml about every 3 days – avoid waterlogging!). Now it's time to be patient!
• fter about 14 days the peanut plant starts to grow. Continue to water the plant moderately.
• As soon as your peanut plant gets too big for the ecobox, simply transfer it with the compostable seed pot into a flower pot with some soil.
• You can use the wooden box itself, e.g., as a pen holder, gift box or toy storage box!
• When the plant begins to wilt and turn yellow (after about 4-6 months), it's time to harvest. Carefully lift the entire plant out of the ground with a digging fork. About 20-30 peanuts hang from the root ball. Hang the plant to dry for 2 weeks. Then separate the pods and dry for a further 2 weeks (e.g., spread out flat on a tray). Only then can the peanuts be roasted in the oven/pan (salted as required) and eaten!
